“WhoAmI” is a digital orientation platform designed to help users explore career interests, personal traits, and individual strengths in an interactive and engaging way.
The app enables users to:
participate in interactive tests and exercises;
discover personal strengths and characteristics;
receive automated evaluations and recommendations;
explore professions through a swipe-based system;
receive career orientation suggestions based on the information they provide.
All content and recommendations are provided solely for general information and orientation purposes. The app does not constitute psychological, educational, therapeutic, legal, or professional career counseling and is not a substitute for professional advice.
3. Registration and User Account
Certain features of the app may be used without registration. Creating a user account may be required to permanently save progress and access additional features.
Users agree to:
provide truthful and accurate information;
keep their login credentials confidential;
use the app only in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms of Use.
The provider reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently delete user accounts in cases of violations of these Terms, misuse of the app, or for security reasons.
4. Use by Minors

5. AI-Based Evaluations
The matches and evaluations displayed within the app are based on automated AI-supported calculations.
No guarantee is given regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the results.
The content provided does not constitute psychological, educational, or professional advice.
6. Advertising
The app may contain advertising content and advertisements provided by third parties. The provider assumes no responsibility for the content, products, services, or offers of third-party advertisers.
7. User Obligations
The app, including its content, designs, graphics, texts, features, and software components, is protected by intellectual property and copyright laws. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or any other use beyond the limits permitted by law is prohibited without the prior written consent of the provider.
The app may not be used in an abusive or unlawful manner.
In particular, users are prohibited from:
using false identities
bypassing technical protection measures
manipulating content or system functions
8. Liability
The provider strives to ensure that the app is available without interruption whenever possible. However, uninterrupted and error-free availability cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance work, technical issues, or circumstances beyond the provider's control may result in temporary restrictions or interruptions of the service.
The provider shall only be liable for intent and gross negligence.
In cases of ordinary negligence, the provider shall only be liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations and limited to foreseeable damages typical for this type of agreement.
Use of the app is at the user’s own risk.
9. Termination
Users may delete their account at any time.
The provider may deactivate user accounts in the event of violations or for legitimate reasons.

Registered users will be informed about significant changes.
11. Applicable Law
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.
