Konto und Daten löschen

Nutzer können ihr Konto direkt in der App löschen.

So funktioniert es:

  1. Öffne die App.

  2. Klicke auf das kleine Zahnrad oben Rechts im Home Screen.

  3. Scroll bis ganz nach unten und klicke auf deinen Account, dort wo auch deine angegeben E-Mail Adresse drunter steht.

  4. Klicke auf Delete Account, und bestätige das Löschen um alle Daten zu Löschen.

Was wird gelöscht?

  • Kontodaten

  • Profildaten

  • Gespeicherte Einstellungen

  • Sonstige personenbezogene Daten, die mit dem Konto verknüpft sind


Account and Data Deletion

Users can delete their account directly within the app.

How to delete your account:

  1. Open the app.

  2. Klick on the gear Button at the Top Right Corner in the Home-screen

  3. Scroll to the Bottom and klick on your Account, right where the E-Mail address you provided is listed.

  4. Klick on Delete Account, and confirm the deletion to delete all data.

What data will be deleted?

  • Account information

  • Profile data

  • Saved preferences and settings

  • Any other personal data associated with the account
